This project at Shah Alam consists of 1 two-storey office block, 1 warehouse cum process plant, 1 one-storey workshop building, 1 fire fighting pump house with water tank and 1 water pump house with water tank.

SY Perunding was appointed as the consultant to complete the building architectural design, structural design and accomplish all the authority submission for the entire project.

The 72’x196’ 2-storey office block with approximately 19,000 ft² built up area has a multipurpose room, 5 meetings room, 24 general rooms, a lounge, a reception area, a library, a filing compactus and other basic facilities.

The warehouse cum process plant is covered by portal frame system with 27.5m span and 11m height at 6m center to center spacing. The ground floor, designed to take a live load of 40KN/sq.ft, is suspended by 175mm thick flat slab system on 200x200 RC piles at 6m center to center.

Certificate of fitness for occupation of this project was obtained on the 4^th September 1997.
