The works undertaken by SY Perunding involved the design and submission to the approving authorities and the execution of tender for infrastructure works. The project site, located adjacent to the Country Heights Mines Resort Golf Course, is developed into exclusive bungalow lots with services connected up to the frontage of the individual lots. The works include earthwork, roadwork, drainage, water reticulation, sewerage reticulation and other associated mechanical and electrical service works.

The overall site layout is designed to blend into the existing contours and levels incorporating features such as stream, lake, hill and trees to reflect country living. The layout of the main drain reserve is designed and camouflaged as open stream with landscaping works and the scattered lakes to act as a detention basin. The road pavement is constructed using paver blocks with the coloured blocks incorporated as road line marking.
