The project, MUTIARA BEACH HOLIDAY SUITES consists of 1 block of 21-storey Service Apartment comprising 304 units of apartment and 1-storey of mezzanine floor, with full hotel facilities. The project site covers an area of approximately 1.85 acres. It is ideally located adjacent to Ming Court Hotel, at the premier beach resort of Port Dickson.

A major attraction of Mutiara Beach Holiday Suites is its versatility. Ranging in size from 402 sq. ft. to 3,819 sp. ft., apartments come as studio, one, two and three-room units, as well as superior ad executive types. It is uniquely planned to cater to singles and couples, as well as small and large families. This arrangement ensures that Mutiara Beach Holiday Suites will remain popular with a wide spectrum of Holidaymakers. Each Unit enjoys an Ocean View.

The building structural scheme consists of reinforced concrete frame to 6^th floor with a 2.1m Transfer Beams at seven floor to take the higher Wall Slab system. The Wall Slab combination is chosen to give a high end structural system ( without protruding column and beam, and with higher headroom).

This is among the pioneer projects to use the higher working load of 1900KN for 400x400 RC Piles (Concrete C45), driven by 7 tons drop hammer. It has saved millions of RM for the project.
