The development is also known as Taman Seri Delima. The site is strategically located at the heart of Seberang Perai Tengah industrial corridor of Prai, Juru and Bukit Minyak industrial areas.

It is approximately 8km from Penang Bridge and 15km from Butterworth and adjacent to the North South Highway closes to the Juru toll plaza. The site covers an area of 47.95 acres.

The development consists of the construction of 720 units of Medium Cost Apartments (10 Storey), 420 units of 5 Storey Low Cost Flats, 304 units of 5 storey Low Medium Cost Apartmen, 17 units of Shop office (3 Storey), 95 units of Shop office (2 Storey), 2 Storey Market, one unit of Surau, one unit of Multi-Purpose Hall, one unit of Club House and one unit of school reserve of 4 acres.

TPPT Sdn. Bhd. being the project owner is using the fund "Tabung Pusingan Perumahan Kos Rendah" set up by the government with the objective to provide more affordable and quality houses for the lower income group implements this project.

The structural scheme for the Project uses conventional column, beam and slab. The lift core uses brickwall infill. The foundation consists of driven reinforced concrete piles.

Construction works of the project started in 1997, but was stopped at end of 1998 during the Asian Economic Crisis. The construction work then recommenced by the developer in 2000.

Construction works are at present (Sept. 2004) concentrated on Low Cost Apartment (Block A to E), Low Medium Cost Apartment Block F, G, H & J), Medium Cost Block B and 2 Storey Shop Houses Block M.

Certificate for Phase 1, consisting Blk A & B , Block F,G,H,J was obtained on 24th May 2005.
