The project also known as “The Lotus of The Mines” consists of the development
of 43 units of bungalow lot at Lot 35314, Mukim Petaling, Daerah Kuala Lumpur. The project
site, located within the Country Heights Mines Resort Golf Course, is developed into an
exclusive bungalow lot with all services connected up to the frontage of each individual
bungalow lots. The developer, Platinum Integrated City Sdn. Bhd. sells the bungalow lot
land to purchaser with all the necessary infraworks & services.
The project is divided into two phases. Phase One consists of development
for 29 units of bungalow lot land with all associated infrastructure works and services
connection. Phase Two involves the development of another 14 units of bungalow lot land
making the total of 43 units of exclusive bungalow lots for the overall development.
The project’s objective is to complete all the require civil and
infrastructure works which include earthwork, road & drainage works, water
reticulation and other associated mechanical and electrical service works in an economical
and shortest period. The works undertaken by SY Perunding involve the design and
submission to the local authorities and other related technical authorities for civil
& infraworks plan approval. SY Perunding has also been tasked to liase with the local
authorities and related technical authorities for intermediate site inspections and final
inspections.
The scope of works undertaken by SY Perunding also inclusive of the
preparation and execution of tender for infrastructure works leading to a legal and
binding project contract. The infrastructure work’s Contract for both phases of
construction is prepared and administered by SY Perunding as the Superindentent Officer
(S.O) of the project. SY Perunding plays a main role in the project coordination among the
client, consultants and contractors, which inclusive of chairing client-consultant
meetings, site meetings, attending site inspections and solving/overcoming many site
problems.
Construction works for Phase One that commenced in February 2004 was
completed on 31st December 2004. Meanwhile, construction works for Phase Two that was
started in April 2004 was completed in 15th January 2005. |
